The historic Haskell House, 1703 Waterston Avenue, is a charming place to host a small holiday party or some other event. Managed by the Clarksville Community Development Corporation (CCDC), the house features picnic tables outside and tables and chairs inside, walls filled with historic photos of Clarksville, AC and a cool gas heater that looks like a fireplace, a bathroom, counter space and a sink.
The charge to use the Haskell House is $50 for the first hour, and then $25 for each additional hour. There is a two-hour minimum. Full payment is due up-front and there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. The CCDC is a 501c3 organization, so your donation is tax-deductible.
