Special Meeting held to amend CCDC bylaws.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Directors was held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, 6:30 p.m. at the Haskell House, to amend the bylaws. The following change was adopted:

Article 5, Section 5.02 Eligibility for Membership. Current and former residents of the Clarksville Neighborhood and “Descendants,” who are 18 years or older are eligible to serve as Members of the Corporation upon submission of a completed membership application with the Board's Secretary. (added language in bold.)
